Playing The Bigger Game and Comfort Zones

Within “Playing Your Bigger Game,” comfort zones are considered neutral.*  A comfort zone can be good if it serves you.*  It’s good as long as you are not restless and/or “hungry” for something else.* *  A comfort zone is negative when it no longer serves you.*  You experience dissatisfaction, wanting something “different”:and only you can assess and decide.*  Some examples of negative comfort zones can include, but not limited to are:
Comfort Zones

  • Hooked on negativity
  • Hooked on worry
  • Hooked on stress
  • Hooked on constant productivity
  • Not taking risks
  • Taking too much risk
  • Staying with routine due to fear of unknown
